This popular and entertaining class is a fun way to enrich your dog’s mental and physical well-being. Teaching tricks is an excellent way to enhance your relationship with your dog and to improve overall basic manners!

We currently teach AKC Novice and Intermediate classes. We cover a range of tricks needed for the titles and will take requests, as well!

  • Wave (Say Hi!)

  • Play dead (Bang!)

  • Teeter Totter

  • Roll over

  • Spin

  • Take a bow!

  • Jump through handler’s circled arms

  • High five

  • Weaving

  • Jump through a hoop

  • Jump over handler’s leg

  • Go under

  • Tunnel

  • Targeting

Prerequisites:  

Dogs must have graduated from Puppy Class Part Two or Intermediate Skills class.

DETAILS:

  • The course fee is $310.

  • Classes are one hour long and run for 6 consecutive weeks (unless otherwise noted due to a holiday).

  • Proof of Rabies, DHLLPP/DA2P, and Bordetella.

  • Classes are limited to 8 dogs to ensure personalized attention.

  • Missing Class: If you end up missing a class or two, simply keep up with the homework and reading and you should not need to make up the class. While we do not offer makeup classes, we do offer a 30-minute make up lesson for $55 to go over what you missed. Simply contact our office if you would like to set up a make-up lesson.

    Cancellation Policy: Payment is in advance in full, and holds Owner’s place for the class. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except as provided in this paragraph. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the first class to receive a full refund. Only in cases of verifiable and documented emergencies does BIDT refund fees with less than 72 hours notice.
